The only references to “Maverick Technologies America Inc” able to find are posted by Ashu and/or Crocel News (with which Ashu is associated) and/or posted by WORLDCOMP (with which Ashu is associated).

The only actual corporate website able to find in a search for “Maverick Technologies” is http://www.mavtechglobal.com/.

“Search” the site:  nothing comes up for Ashu Solo.

Nor does it list the position of “principal” when describing its leadership team, nor does it boast an R&D team.

At the beginning of his association with the Green Party (early 2013), Ashu would typically attach a long listing of his credentials to his emails.  I found this example. . . .

followed by this listing of credentials.  Some of these are discussed in the postings regarding his credentials.   Most of the links are to internet pages that he has created himself – – as you have already found.

The second link (“author”)  has the listing related to the “434” papers or associate editorships or whatever.  I am quite certain (memory) that he sometimes listed the publications following his sign off.  Will see if I can find an example.

He actually is listed on the website for, as a “Fellow” of the  British Computer Society (BCS).   No indication of what year.  There are different levels of membership.  And criteria for becoming a “Fellow”, which are pretty general.  I didn’t take time – – don’t know if you can contact the organization to confirm status.

Many of these have not been investigated, as far as I know.  He sought to, but did not become the (listed) “CEO of Saskatoon-Humboldt Federal Green Party Association”.

From the John Gormley email thread, to Ashu.  John said he would on-air:

b) read the detailed resume that you blocked 18 months ago that I screen captured; and

c) interview an active Col in the Cdn Army about the status of “officer trainee” or whatever fictional rank you’ve been posting.

TITLE:  Why bother with Ashu Solo?  What do I want for others?  and Women Who Run with the Wolves.

Why am I bothering with Ashu Solo?

I have the ability to imagine what his attacks are like for other people;  I can extrapolate from my experience with him.

The difference between the others and me is that I live in BC.  He is not going to get my phone number and he is not going to track me down where I live.

Never in my life have I had to look over my shoulder, or peer out the window before I stepped outside. I’ve never had to worry that my address, or my phone number, were public information.

I want it to be that way for other people, not just myself.  People should not have to live in fear for their safety.

To be completely truthful, if someone will wake up people at 5:00 AM to get my phone number, then come to the Airport at 6:00 AM to launch false allegations at me,  I am no longer comfortable.  That has been taken – – but it pales in comparison to what Ashu is doing to others.  As said, I have the advantage of not living in the same community as Ashu.

FURTHER:

I take my lessons from “Women Who Run With the Wolves” and the child’s book, “Julie and the Wolf Pack”.   And many, if not all indigenous groups:  you develop a way to deal with those who are destructive of the fabric (health) of the community or the pack.   Failure to do so means that the pack or the group will not survive.

Ashu will destroy the Green Parties in Saskatoon with his attacks.  He has to be removed from the group.  It might be unpleasant to do so, but one person should not be allowed to exercise his destructive powers.  He drives people out;  the opposite is required – – – – without even mentioning his threats to personal safety of people in Saskatoon.

The parallel in the Wolf Pack is the lead female who barred a lone male from joining because she intuited trouble.  Another pack accepted him;  he had rabies.  End of that pack.  It’s about survival.  Of the pack, but also of the individual because you do not survive in the Arctic on your own.   For survival (Arctic), it is essential to be in a group working together.

January 9th & 10th:

1.  Zimmerman:

I learned the hard way that harassment through social media is not taken seriously by local police, so I’m really not worried about it.  I went to the police with all of the harassment that Solo has thrown at me, and they said there’s no way to prove it was really Ashu Solo who said and did these things.  (Even tracking IPs is dicey now, given all the IP rerouting software there is online–which is why before I deleted my social media accounts, I would routinely use HotSpot Shield, so that Solo would be unable to triangulate my home address).

2.  Conversation with Gormley’s producer, Bryn.  

We discussed the matter of the Police (Ashu’s laying of complaint against me).  I phoned the Police to give them my contact information.  I really want them to be able to track me down, if they are investigating the complaint.

Bryn:  In the end, the Police will not deal with the complaints about Ashu.

3.  I was contacted by Saskatoon City Police in late winter 2014.  I gave them the password to this on-line documentation regarding the cyber-bullying by Ashu.

4.  I told the jailer woman about this character we are dealing with.  Invited her opinion.  She started with what Tonia identified:  the justice system (police) won’t be able to do anything about it.   I suspect that Ashu knows that, too.   He tries to scare people by threatening to go to the Police.

December 8th –  I forwarded the complaint from Tonia Zimmerman

January 9th – I added my own complaint after almost a month of  disparaging emails from Ashu, and then his tracking me down at the Airport at 6:00 – 6:30 AM on December 28th.

THE SECOND COMPLAINT:

Dear Victor and Patricia,

As you know, the complaint process of the GPC was not engaged regarding the complaint I submitted on behalf of Tonia Zimmerman, on December 8^th because Ashu Solo discontinued membership in the GPC.

I am submitting this further information to you in case at some time, his membership in the GPC is renewed.

And also because Ashu’s participation in the GPS needs to be dealt with.

I am now adding my own complaint to Tonia’s:

My Mother asked (again!) today if I had done anything regarding Ashu’s actions on December 28^th.  She continues to feel badly that, when awakened by a 5:30 AM phone call, she gave him the time of my departure from Saskatoon, from which he showed up at the airport, making unfounded accusations.

The long and short of it:

–          He telephoned senior citizens in Saskatoon and in Luseland at 5:00 o’clock in the morning, one of them my Mother who is 85 years old.

–          At that hour of the morning people are alarmed that something bad has happened to a family member.

–          He then lied about who was calling (gave a false name – “Mike from the Green Party”).

–          And proceeded to the Airport in Saskatoon to make false allegations against me.  This was when I was leaving Saskatoon, standing in the line-up with my daughter, between 6:00 and 6:30 AM.

–          He left the Airport when the Westjet attendant started to call Airport Security.

Ashu would have obtained the day of my departure from Larry.

But he didn’t know the flight time.  He phoned people with a “Finley” surname in Saskatoon, I do not know how many, saying he needed my phone number.

One helpful senior relative, awakened, advised Ashu to phone my Mother in Luseland, told him that she would know my phone number.

Awakened from sleep, still half-asleep, Ashu asked her,  “At what time does Sandra’s flight leave?”.  She replied that she didn’t know, but she knew I was going to arrive at the airport around 6:00 AM.  Becoming more awake, she asked, “Who is this?”.   Ashu at first declined to give his name.   Later, when pressed further, he said “Mike, from the Green Party”.

At the Airport, people in the vicinity of Kelly and I in the line-up, of course witnessed  Ashu’s actions.  One gentleman said he would remove Ashu out the door. I said I should call the police or the security people.  Ashu left the terminal when a Westjet attendant stepped in and started to call Security.

He came to the airport (6:00 to 6:30 am) as described, and made accusations, “You gave my Father’s name to Tonia Zimmerman”. I replied, “I don’t know what you are talking about.”  Which I didn’t.  I have not given Ashu’s father’s name to Tonia Zimmerman.  (But I now know how it came to her, if that matters – it’s not hard to find his Father’s name.  All you have to do is to google Ashu Solo and name changes (there are two).)

He repeated the accusation, later moving to another theme – – “You lied. You do not have a copy of the exchanges between me and Tonia Zimmerman”.   Which in fact I do have (but which I did not have and didn’t know about on Dec 28):  I replied, “I do not make statements that are not true”.

I discovered on December 31^st that it was John Gormley who gave Ashu’s Father’s name to Tonia Zimmerman (actually, I am not clear on that specific point – she may have found it herself).   What Gormley DEFINITELY did:  he provided information to Zimmerman so that she could defend herself against Ashu’s attacks, should they resume after Gormley sent an email to Ashu, telling him that if he heard of another attack on Zimmerman, or on two other women, Gormley would have a member of the Military on his show who would testify that the military titles Ashu claims are fictional – –  they don’t exist.  John also threatened exposure of an assault made by Ashu (I believe it happened when Ashu was much younger).  He sent the email thread to Tonia, with Ashu’s accusations and insults against Gormley and the culmination – – Gormley’s threat to expose Ashu.    The thread is in the period Nov 29 to Dec 04.  I communicated with Gormley and his staff for the purpose of authentication;  the email thread IS from John Gormley.

Ashu turned off his attack on Zimmerman after Gormley’s intervention (Dec 4);  he later turned it on myself and then on Daeran Gall – – anyone who stands up to him.

It was Tonia who phoned Ashu’s Father, to implore him to talk some sense into Ashu, make him stop the onslaught.   Which might be why the attacks on her were renewed by Ashu after Christmas, and why he came after me at the airport.

Zimmerman’s story checks out.  My experience with Ashu Solo is a repeat performance.   In my case he has not put up blogs that disparage me.  A little hard to do because I have an existing web presence that would help override what he might put up.

His innocent assertion, “All I see is an empty blog” (other people are putting up the disparaging Zimmerman blog, claiming it’s him) are easily refuted, especially since he put the blogs back up after Christmas with the renewed attacks on Zimmerman.   There is a November Archive on the blog – it’s easy to see that he put it up, then took it down (“all I see is an empty blog”) and then put it back up after Christmas.  I did screen-capture.

Should you desire further proof, for example of the email assault on me,  I have a complete file.  I started counting – there are well over a hundred in the period December 10 to January 3^rd.    False allegations, lies, threats, name-calling.

If he was innocent, he would have welcomed an arms’ length investigation by the GPC regarding the Zimmerman complaint.   Zimmerman was ready to proceed, without hesitation.  And she put the documentation related to Ashu up on a password-protected blog of her own, immediately, in preparation for the investigation that did not happen because Ashu would not participate.

I was told by the Gormley people that Ashu is relentless in his emails to Saskatoon media.  They are exasperated.

He is giving the Green Party a bad name, in addition to putting people in fear for their safety.  If you live in Saskatoon, if you say anything that questions him, if he gets your phone number and your address, you will worry.

Please add this complaint to your file, for action in the case of possible membership renewal by Ashu Solo.

I also request that this be tabled at an Executive Meeting of the GPS for assessment and action.

A young woman who I do not know contacted me via facebook.  She is a dedicated Green, and concerned about Ashu’s role in the Green Parties.  I presume she approached me because my association with the Greens in Sask. is known.

More seriously:    she submitted email exchanges.  My quick interpretation  is a case of cyber bullying to the point where the woman is fearful of what Ashu can do to her by what he is posting, including and up to material on a blog – – she says the material Ashu is posting about her is unfounded.

My interpretation of her handling of the situation is that she is intimidated to the point of inaction because she is powerless in the face of the attacks – – afraid that if she takes more steps, Ashu will make it worse for her.  (You would have to be savvy with internet technology, and have a whole lot of time to spare, to be able to launch a defence against the attacks.)

In making an initial determination of whether her fears are justified, I did a search on her name:  the web presence that has been created is such that everything that comes up is the (false and defaming) statements by Ashu, about her.

IT suggests to me that this is a serious allegation, demanding of our attention and speedy resolution.

There are some steps that should be taken ASAP.  I think that control of the Green Party facebook pages should be put into secure hands pending the outcome of investigations.
