I felt a little sorry for the “officials” interviewed in item #6 for TV. It seems to me that they are older people who failed to update their knowledge base. What they learned 30 years ago is not good enough for today. OR, maybe they are industry plants, like Canada’s Chief Dentist, Cooney (in another posting).
